摘要
采用侧脑室给药法及常规神经元放电引导法 ,研究了腺苷 (Ado)对家兔尾核痛神经元自发放电的影响及其可能机制 .结果表明Ado能不同程度的抑制尾核痛神经元自发放电活动 ,且呈明显的剂量依赖性 .其作用机理可能与Ado和其A1受体结合后 ,间接激活ATP敏感性K+ 通道 ,引起尾核痛神经元细胞膜超极化有关 .
The effect of Adenosine(Ado) on the pain units of caudate nucleus was studied by injecting Ado in different dose (50,100,200μmol/10μl) into the lateral ventricle of rabbits,and inducting discharge of neurons by puttingg rass microelectrodes into A 3-5 R 3.5-5 H 3.5-5 .Result showed that Ado could inhibited the discharge electric frequency of pain units of caudate nucleus in a dose\|dependent manner.Both of the antaonist of Ado non\|selective receptor or selective A 1 receptor completely blocked the inhibitory effects of Ado and ATP sensitive K + channel blocker Gli also abolished this inhibitive effect of Ado,suggesting that inhibitive effect of Ado on pain units of caudate nucleus is related to Ado binding with A 1\|receptor on neurons,resulting in an activation of ATP sensitive K + channel.
