摘要
本文以小本体聚丙烯(PP)为基料,通过与共聚聚丙烯(CPP)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、滑石粉以及其它助剂共混改性制备汽车专用料。分析检测表明,当PP、CPP、POE和滑石粉的比例为30~40∶25~35∶5~15∶20~30 时,共混料完全可以满足汽车保险杠、仪表盘和门板性能要求。
In this paper , through mixing modification of the small scale bulk Polypropylene as a basic material with Copolypropylene(CPP) ,Poly(octene-ethylene)(POE) ,Talcum powder and other aid agents , the automobile special materials have been obtained . The results of analysizing and determining indicated that when PP:CPP:POE: Talcum powder is 30~40∶25~35∶5~15∶20~30 , the mixing material completely suffice properties requirement of automobile bumper、instrument panel and door special materials .
