In the face of the chances and challenges of the 21st century,in order to suit the requirements of the development of the market economy and the physical education in the 21st century,this paper thinks we should aim at quality education,enhence the reform of the physical education teaching in every ways,so that the quality of the physical education teaching and college students can be improved.
