介绍了冷轧辊的应用条件及其对材质的要求 ,探讨了冷轧辊表面淬火工艺的过程 。

The service conditon and material requirements of cold rolls are presented in this paper.The whole process of surface quenching of cold rolls,the reasons of roll ring cracking and solving methods are also presented.
