分析了知识管理与表达在数据挖掘及人工智能系统中的作用，进行了功能分析与结构设计。介绍了一个具体知识管理与表达系统ＫＭＥ的存储管理与索引机制，以及它的多种知识表达方式。最后探讨了ＫＭＥ实现时遇到的问题及其改进方法。

In the process of Data mining,knowledge management and expression is an important interface to users.In this paper,we introduce the architecture of knowledge management and expression system KME.The method of KME's storage, management, and retrieve of knowledge are discribed. Many kinds of methods for knowledge expression are put forward and implemented.
