摘要
企业集成是CIMS开发与设计的主要目标之一。如何有效地利用现有的各种先进技术实现相关企业的软硬件集成是实现企业集成的重要途径。该文认为对连续流程企业CIMS的体系结构可以考虑从纵向和横向两个方面进行研究。以纵向的观点,认为所有相关企业是由一条产品供应链动态或静态地连接在一起,其中每一个企业是前一个企业的产品销售单位,同时又是下一个企业的原料供应单位,产品供应链是一个有向网络图,企业集成的分布式网络环境的建立可以参照该图进行构造;以横向的观点,认为建立在产品供应链上的各企业的信息集成可以通过计算机协同工作技术、人工智能技术、数据库技术等实现,它随产品供应链的变化而变化,认为产品供应链上的每一个企业均是虚拟企业,它们均可以以计算机可以识别的信息进行描述与表示,企业的集成实际上就是这样一些信息在企业内部及产品供应链上(企业之间)进行动态或静态的数据集成。文章在此基础上针对连续流程企业分别讨论了软硬件环境、数据库设计、系统集成框架、供应链任务协同等相关技术的设计与实现方法。
The enterprise's integration is one of the chief objects of CIMS development and design.How to efficiently use all kinds of advanced technology now available and implement the relevant enterprises software & hardware integration is the important way to accomplish the enterprises integration.In this thesis,continuous circuit enterprise CIMS system architecture can be considered from lengthways to crossways.From lengthways,all relevant enterprises are considered to be connected by a product-supply-line dynamic or static,among these enterprises,each one is the product sale unit of the former,and at the same time,it is the raw material supply unit of the latter.The product-supply-line is an oriented graph,the building of the enterprise integration's distributed network environment can be structured by the graph.From crossways,each enterprise's information integration built on product-supply-line can implement by CSCW technology,artificial intelligence,database technology etc.It changes as the product-supply-line, every enterprise on the line is regarded as virtual enterprise,they all can be described and indicated by the information that the computer can recognize.In fact,the enterprise's integration is such information that is integrated by data dynamic or static inside the enterprise and on the product-supply-line(among enterprises).On the basis,the thesis discusses the design and realized method of the software & hardware environment,the database design,the system integration frame,supply line's task cooperation and other technology for the continuous circuit enterprises.
