]基于对世纪之交流动人口的类型、性别与年龄构成、文化素质、流向等方面现状和发展态势的分析 ,探讨了人口流动对社会经济发展产生的积极作用和负面影响 。
s: The paper expounded the present state of the floating population in terms of the types, the sex and age structures, the culture quality, the trends and its developing tendency as well. The author also explored its positive function and negative influence on the development of social economy, and put forward macro countermeasures to strengthen the FP management of the population.
