正辛酸在蛋白质消化中应用的研究

Application of octylic acid in the protein's digestion

通过对照试验、回收率试验和精密度试验验证了正辛酸作为消泡剂在蛋白质消化中的作用 ,结果发现 ,用正辛酸作消泡剂时相对误差为 - 0 .92 %～ 0 .6 6 % ,其回收率为 99.8%～ 10 0 .7% ,精密度为 0 .0 2 2 %～0 .5 0 8%。

Octylic acid has been applied in the proteins digestion as an antifoaming agent.By testing the effect of octylic acid on precision,recovery and contrast,it indicated that the relative error was between -0.92% and 0.66%,the precision was between 0.022% and 0.508%,the recovery rate was between 99.8% and 100.7%.
