溶胶—凝胶法制备超滤Al_2O_3膜的研究—非担载超滤Al_2O_3膜的制备

A STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF ULTRA - FILTRATED Al_2O_3, FILM BY SOL - GEL PROCESS

以异丙醇铝为原料通过溶胶—凝胶法制备了非担载超滤Ａｌ２O３膜。对主要制备因素即胶溶剂的种类及用量、水解温度和加水量、老化温度及老化时间、焙烧温度等进行了研究。实验表明所制备的非担载超滤Aｌ２O３膜在５００℃焙烧所得膜的孔径小于５nｍ，且孔径分布均匀。

Ultre - filtrated Al2O3 film is prepared by sol - gel process with the aid of alumina isopropyl alcoholate in this study.lt also studies the main factors affecting its preparing process including the types and quantities of used peptizers, hydrolytic temperature, amount of added water, ageing tempemture, sintering temperature and so on. The result show that the pore size of obtained ultra - filtrated Al2O3 film sintered at 500℃ is smaller than sum and pore size distributions is well - distributed.
