摘要
采用SnO2、Sb2O3、陶瓷熔块等物质,成功地研制出了室温至200℃范围内使用的一系列不同温度系数及电阻率的NIT热敏电阻陶瓷,并研究了各种化学组分、烧成制度、老化处理等工艺条件对其电学性能的影响规律。
The series different temperature coefficient tin oxide poly - component NTC ceramic which used between room temperature to 200℃ were successfully manufactured by using tin oxide, antimony oxide and frit. The electric properties which effected by different chemical component, firing and aging schedule were researched.
