摘要
应用数学方法分析了Al2O3涂层工程陶瓷抗弯强度的实验结果。叙述了用有限个试样的实验结果估计工程陶瓷总体抗弯强度的原理和方法,对得出的分布特征参数的物理意义进行了探讨,发现置信边值强度左可以反映材料总体抗弯强度的大小,而均方差置信区间右边值σ则可以表征材料性能的分散程度,使用这两个参数可以更可靠地评价工程陶瓷的强度水平,可作为材料强度性能的评价指标。并用该强度指标分析了溶胶—凝胶AlO涂层对工程陶瓷表面改性的效果。
Experimental results for bending strength of Al2O3 - Coated engineering ceramics were analyzed using mathematical method. The principle and method for estimating general bending strength of eopneering ceramics using results obtained for a limited quantity of specimens were described and the physical significance of the distribution characteristic parmeters was discussed. It has been found that the left boundary value u左 of confidence strength intervals presents the average value of overall bending strength and the right boundary value σ右 of mean square deviation characterizes the dispersal level of material strength. These two parameters illutrate the strengt lever of engineering ceramics reliably and can be used as the index for evaluating the strength properties of material. The results after modifying the engineering ceramics were also analyzed in this paper.
