摘要
介绍了氯碱生产中蒸发装置真空系统的关键设备—水力喷射器的结构及原理 ,对水力喷射器的设计计算过程、各部件尺寸都作了详尽的描述 ,就设计过程中的两点不足作了改进。改进后的水力喷射器在运行过程中对于提高真空度 ,减少热损失 ,增加排容 ,都起到了显著的作用 。
The structure and principle of hydraulic injector which was key equipment of vacuum system for evaporation in chlor-alkali production was introduced.Process of calculation for design and size of each components of hydraulic injector were described in detail.Two shortcomings in design were revised.The hydraulic injector modified had so noticible effect on increasing vacuum and decreasing heat loss that the productivity of the whole evaporation equipment rose sharply.
