摘要
介绍甲醇法制取一氯甲烷生产工艺 ,对影响甲醇利用率的因素进行摸索 ,总结出比较合适的反应条件为 :反应热点温度控制在前 6个月 2 80~ 2 90℃、7~ 9个月 2 90~ 30 0℃、10~ 13个月 310~ 32 0℃ ,氯化氢和甲醇间的量比控制在 (1.10~ 1.15 )∶1.0 ,反应压力控制在 0 .2 0~ 0 .4MPa ,生产负荷控制在 10 5 %~ 110 %。
Mathane chloride production process from methanol is introduced.The suitable reaction conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature at hot spot is 280~300 ℃ within the first six months,290~300 ℃between the seventh month and the ninth month and 310~320 ℃ between the tenth month and the thirteenth month,the mole ratio of hydrogen chloride to methanol is (1.10~1.15)∶1.0,reaction pressure is 0.20~0.4 MPa,and production load is controlled between 105%~110%.
