Outsourcing surveying and mapping project can solve the more tasks and tack labors problem which the local surveying department ofen meets.From four areas,this paper intruduces the quality management of surveying and mapping project for outsourcing,they are project tendering,the signing of the contract,the form of management team,and the entire process of quality management.An example of this quality management of Xiamen is presented.The experiences and practices of process managing for outsourcing project has provided great reference for the other local surveying departments.
