C-反应蛋白在感染性肺炎治疗中的应用价值

目的 探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测在感染性肺炎中的价值.方法 回顾分析我院2004～2006年感染性肺炎患者(A组)148例与同期上呼吸道感染患者(B组)60例及健康人(C组)67例,采用免疫透射比浊法测定治疗前后血清CRP. 结果CRP值:治疗前A组(142.0±15.7)mg/L,均比B、C组高,P＜0.05,比较差异明显,具有统计学意义;治疗后,A组、B组均较治疗前CRP值低,对比有明显差异,P＜0.01. 结论 CRP的检测在肺炎病原体的诊断上有辅助作用,并作为指导临床用药的一个指标.

Objective Discusses C-react ire the protein(CRP) examination in the infectious pneumonia's value. Methods The review analysis our courtyard 2004～2006year infectious pneumonia patient (A group) 148 examples and the same time upper respiratory tracts infects the patient (B group) 60 examples and the healthy persons (C group) 67 examples,uses around the immunity transmission turbidimetric method determination treatment blood serum CRP.Results CRP value:Before the treatment:h group (142.0±15.7) mg/L,compared to B,C group of high, P<0.05,Is obvious compared with the difference,has statistics significance;After the treatment,before A group,B group treats,the CRP value to be low,the contrast has the obvious difference,PP<0.01.Conelusion The CRP examination has the auxiliary function in pneumonia pathogen's diagnosis,and as an instruction clinical medication target.
