舒张性心力衰竭研究进展

舒张性心力衰竭是以舒张功能异常为特征而左室射血分数正常的心力衰竭.临床上舒张性心力衰竭十分常见.由于舒张功能评价方法复杂,缺乏统一的诊断标准,其治疗主要基于病理生理、临床经验和小样本的临床研究.本文就舒张性心力衰竭的定义、病理生理、诊断和治疗的研究进展作一综述.

Diastolic heart failure is a kind of heart failure characterized by an abnormality of diastolic function and a normal left ventricular ejection fraction.Diastolic heart failure is popularly found in clinical practice.Because the assessment of diastolic function is complex and the diagnostic criterion is not unified,the therapy is mainly based on its pathophysiology,clinical experience and small sample clinical study.In this article,we review the progress of diastolic heart failure in its definition,pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment.
