米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤保守治疗宫外孕30例

目的 探讨米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效及不良反应.方法 将60例异位妊娠患者随机分为米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤组(治疗组)和单用甲氨蝶呤组(对照组),对两组疗效及不良反应进行比较.结果 治疗组成功率92%,对照组成功率76%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).治疗组血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)值在用药后5d即开始下降,对照组于10d开始明显下降,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠安全有效.

Objective Discusses the curative effect of mifepristone united the MTX in treating extrauterine pregnancy.Methods 60 example extrauterine pregnancy patient were divided into mifepristone united the MTX group (treatment group) and only uses the MTX group (control group),to record two groups of curative effects and adverse drug reaction carries on the comparison.Results The treatment composition power 92%,the control group success ratio is 76%,two groups of comparisons have the significance difference (P<0.05).The treatment groupβ-hCG 5d namely starts after the medication to drop,the control group starts in 10 d to drop obviously,two groups of comparisons have the significance difference (P<0.05).The adverse drug reaction of treatment group is lower than the control group obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone unites the MTX treatment extrauterine pregnancy safely effective.
