机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭98例疗效观察

目的 探讨机械通气方式治疗新生几呼吸衰竭的效果.方法 98例各种原因引起的呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组:对照组:只给予针对病因的标准治疗;治疗组:在进行标准治疗同时采用Babylog8000plus型呼吸机治疗,通气方式为持续气道正压通气(CPAP)和间歇正压通气(IPPV)+呼气末正压通气(PEEP),每日测定动脉血气分析,并监测生命体征.结果 组治疗PaO2,PaCP2、SaO2和PH较治疗前明显改善;治疗组疗效明显高于对照组.结论 呼吸机能迅速改善呼吸衰竭患几的气体交换和生命体征,提高救治成功率,可以作为患者首选的通气支持治疗手段.

Objective To investigate the mechanical ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure mode effects.Methods 98 cases of respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups:the control group:only give the standard treatment;The treatment group:In conjunction with the standard treatment adopted by the United States birds licensing VIP treatment infant ventilator,ventilation methods for continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and intermittent positive pressure ventilation (IPPV)+positive end-expiratory pressure ventilation (PEEP),Determination of daily arterial blood gas analysis,and monitoring vital signs.Results Group therapy Pa02,PaC02,and PH Sa02 than before treatment improved significantly;Effect of the treatment group was higher.Conclusion respiratory function improved rapidly in children with respiratory failure and the gas exchange of vital signs,improve treatment success rate,patients can be used as the preferred means of ventilatory support.
