晨间交班后两种不同讲评方式效果的比较

目的 确保护士规范交班,观察实施护士参加交班反馈讲评对交班质量,基础护理落实,病房管理合格率,护理差错发生率和病人的满意度的影响.方法 晨间交班后先由护士对交班者存在的问题进行讲评,再由护士长补充讲评的方法,观察记录2005年六月至2006年六月实施护士参加交班讲评后530例病人基础护理落实,病房管理,护理差错发生率,病人的满意度情况,并与上一年同期500例病人交班,传统单一由护士长讲评方式比较.结果 开展护士参加交班讲评后,进一步提高护理质量管理,使护理差错发生率降低,病人的满意度提高.结论 实施护士参加交班反馈讲评方式,完善了护理工作,规范了护理管理,保证了护理质量.

Objective To guarantee the standard shift meeting and observe the nurse's attending the comment of shift meeting influences the shift meeting quality,basic nursing implementation,qualification rate of ward management,nursing mistake rate,and patient's satifaction degree.Methods After morning nursing meeting,the nurse first comment on the question existed and then the head nurse compensate the comment.Observe and record the basic nursing implement ation,ward management,nursing mistakes rate,and the patient's satifaction degree of 530 cases since nurse' s attending at the shift meeting comment from Jun 2005 to Jun2006,compare with 500 cases the year before that havenot implement shift meeting comment.Results To implement nurse's attending shift meeting comment can improve nursing quality,decrease nursing mistake rate and increase patient's satisfaction degree.Conclusion To implement the nurse's attending the shift meeting comment has comsummated the nursing work,standardized the nursing management and guaranteed the nursing quality.
