岩棉夹芯板力学性能的有限元分析 被引量:12

ANALYSIS OF MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF ROCK WOOL SANDWICH PANEL WITH FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

摘要 彩钢岩棉夹芯板作为新型的建筑保温隔热材料被广泛使用。但是由于缺乏对其力学性能的系统性研究,使得在不同荷载、不同跨度下该如何选用板厚存在极大的困难,阻碍了夹芯板的应用及发展。通过有限元软件ABAQOS对彩钢岩棉夹芯板力学性能进行较系统的分析,得到影响岩棉夹芯板承载力参数:剪力分配系数,并通过试验来验证分析结果。在此基础上提出了不同跨度及荷载作用下的板厚度选用表格,给设计工作带来很大程度的简化和方便。 Rockwool sandwich panel is widely used as a new type of building insulation materials.However,due to the lack of systematic research on rockwool sandwich panel mechanical properties,it is very difficult to select the thickness of plate under different loads and different span,which hampers the application and development of rockwool sandwich panel.The paper systematically analyzes the mechanical properties of rockwool sandwich panel board by finite element software ABAQUS,and the most important parameter named shear distribution coefficient is derived.The result is verified through tests,and on this basis,the plate thickness selection table under the effect of different spans and the different loads,is proposed,which brings a great degree of simplification and convenience to the design work.
