摘要
随着现代化工业的发展,仓储系统的需求量越来越大,钢货架的种类也越来越多。因其特有的截面形式、节点构造及受力状况等特点,使得货架钢结构的问题很难深入,很多问题目前规范尚未涉及。总结了国内外货架钢结构的发展及研究成果,从3个主要方面:钢货架立柱性能;横梁立柱节点性能;柱底板连接性能,详细介绍了目前为止有关货架钢结构的发展及性能研究。此外,还介绍了一些在货架钢结构布置和优化方面的研究成果,以及有关货架结构设计的新方法等等,并强调了对这一结构进一步研究的必要性。
With the development of modern industry,the need of storage racks becomes more and more,and the size and configuration of rack structures become more as well.It is mainly described the development of rack system design and the researches on rack structures by scholars in this field recently.The researches are mainly classified into three parts: the behavior of upright columns;the study on beam to column connectors;the behavior of base plate-column connections.Furthermore,the study of style,disposal and optimal approaches of the storage racks has been presented,besides a new design method of racks,the Notional Load Method was proposed as an alternative design procedure to the current Effective Length Method.
