摘要
大型储罐焊接及变形控制是保证储罐整体施工质量的关键环节,采用合理的焊接方法和防变形措施,尤其是底板及其壁板的组对焊接是整个储罐安装质量控制的关键。对某工程中焊接变形及影响因素进行了分析,提出了一般的防变形措施及相应的焊接处理,确保了工程施工质量。
The welding and deformation control of a large oil tank are the key link to guarantee the construction quality of the whole tank.The rational welding methods and antideforming measures,particularly the grouped weldings of the base and wall plates are the key to quality control of erecting the whole tank.It is analyzed that the welding deformation and influencing factors of a project.It is also presented that the antideforming measures and welding treatment,which ensures the construction quality of the project.
