FOUNDATION DESIGN OF A COMMERCIAL BUILDING OF JINAN QILU SHOES CENTER

结合济南齐鲁鞋城商业楼基础设计,对初步设计中三种基础设计方案的经济性进行分析,全面阐述独立基础+防水底板基础型式的设计要点,并将其应用于齐鲁鞋城商业楼工程实践,取得了良好的经济效益,可供设计建造同类工程时参考。

Based on the experience of the foundation design of a commercial buildig of Jinan Qilu Shoes Center,it is briefly compared and analyzed the economic features of three schemes of foundation design.It is also completely explained the design points of the single footing and waterproof plate foundation,which are used for the project practice of commercial building of Jinan Qilu Shoes Center,and favorable economic benefit is obtained,which may be a reference for similar projects.
