新近填土欠固结地基的处理及应用

TREATMENT AND APPLICATION OF UNDERCONSOLIDATION FOUNDATION TO RECENT FILLING

随着城市建设用地的日益紧张,开发利用"坑、塘、洼、沟"等不良用地就显得十分迫切。这些不良用地通常是被随意填平后进入开发市场,因此合理地处理、应用这些新近填土欠固结地基,有着良好的经济效益和社会效益。提出了应用半刚性、刚性增强体复合地基法处理新近填土欠固结地基的方法,并结合工程实例指出了地基处理过程中应注意的事项。

With the urban land use for construction,the land is becoming less and less,it is extremely essential and urgent to the exploitation and utilization of bad land such as the pit,the pond,the depression,the ditch and so on.These bad lands were usually filled and leveled at random and then entered development market,therefore good economic and social benefits will be produced if they can be treated reasonably and applied.The methods of treating underconsolidation foundation of recent filling were proposed with semi-rigid and rigid enhanced body composite foundation,and the points for attention in foundation treatment were also indicated based on the project examples.
