This article analyses the importance of city planning to adaptive use of the sheet industrial heritage.By analyzing the great deal of interrelated engineering examples both at home and abroad.It is discussed the strategy of the adaptive reuse of the sheet industrial heritage,from solving the relation between the new and old one,the contradiction of the function and space,and reserving,demolishing or renewing the primary ground and space,to construct a new and zoetic one.And it is expatiated the problems and solutions of the adaptive reuse of the sheet industrial heritage.
