摘要
根据库纳德森公式和混凝土破坏的三种模式,提高粗、细集料强度并达到最紧密堆积状态,提高水泥石与集料的粘接强度,采用"双掺(外加剂与掺合料)"技术,确保拌合料达到规定坍落度的前提下,尽可能降低水胶比等,是提高混凝土强度,节约水泥的基本途径。试验表明:利用光滑、高强、吸水率小。易于配制高流动性混凝土的卵石与质地坚硬、棱角坚固,利于形成镶嵌结构的碎石级配,以实现优势互补,可提高强度约15%,达到节灰、节水、节能的目的。
The followings are the basic methods to raise concrete strength and save cement,such as:improve the strength of coarse and fine aggregates and let them be up to the most compact accumulation;raise the bond strength of cement stone and aggregate;use of double addition technology,and reduce water/cement ratioetc.The tests show that saving cement,water and energy can be obtained using high-strength pebbles and crushed stone.
