摘要
利用大体积混凝土水化热提高早、中期强度的机制,大幅度降低单位水泥用量,辅之以冷却水和投放大石、采用缓凝型减水剂延缓放热峰等综合技术措施,证明可有效控制超大体积结构混凝土的温度应力和裂缝,综观研究成果,文献资料,结合施工实践,提出温度梯度GradT≤10℃/m是安全、可靠、适宜的。反之,不分结构大小、形状、施工养护环境,一律规定25℃温差控制是值得探讨的。
It is proved that the temperature stress and cracks of a super mass structural concrete can be effectively controlled by integated technical measures,such as:using mechanism to raise the strength in early and intermediate stages by hydration heat from mass concrete,greatly reducing cement dosage per unit,aided by cooling water and large stones,and delaying exothermic peak by retarded water-reducer.having a combination of scientific results,literature documents and construction practice,it is proposed that a temperature gradient less than or equal to 10℃ is safe,reliable suitable.
