The application of Rheologic behavior in pressure grouting

运用流变学机理,分析了新拌灌浆料混合物的流变特性,湿混物在泵管中的流动规律。对于压力灌浆条件下,分析了沿管道内壁流动的摩擦阻力与流变梯度以及灌浆料粘度之间的规律,指出了影响压力灌浆的主要因素。

With rheological mechanism,this paper analyzied the rheologic behavior of the freshly mixed grout,its flow regularity in pumped tube,and regularity of frictional resistance in the inner wall of pumped tube and rheologic gradient and viscosity of grout.And the main factors influencing pressure grouting are also pointed out.
