摘要
安全事故的发生常常是由人的不安全行为造成的。行为科学是包括一切研究自然和社会环境中人类行为的科学,从行为科学的观点分析导致人的不安全行为的原因,提出控制人的不安全行为的对策,提高企业的安全管理水平,保证企业生产的顺利进行,保护劳动者的安全和健康。
It's general that worker's unsafety action leads to accidents' happening.The action science is a kind of science which studies human beings' actions in natural and society environments.The paper analyzes the reasons which result in worker's unsafety action based on the Action Science,brings forward the measures to control worker's unsafety action,in order to advance the level of safety management;ensure the smooth running of enterprises and safe guard the worker's safety and health.
