阐述了病害工程的发展历程,指出处理病害工程中急需解决和必须加以规范的相关问题,为病害工程处理提供了可鉴之处。
This paper has concisely introduced the development of projects with defects,and put forward the questions in treating the projects with defects,which must be solved and be standardized.It provides some references for treatment of the projects with defects.
