摘要
目前,我国存在大量已进入检修期的外砖内模多层住宅结构,针对此类结构的裂缝问题,以北京某小区一座6层外砖内模住宅结构为例,分析了其结构的特殊性,并探讨了基于PKPM软件的承载力验算方法。验算结果表明,此房屋强度足够,房屋墙体裂缝并非荷载引起。运用"王铁梦法"进行墙体开裂分析,由于房屋屋盖与墙体的温度差异,屋面热胀致使屋盖对墙体产生推拉力,墙体开裂产生正八字斜裂缝,这种裂缝属于温度裂缝。提出了裂缝处理的建议措施。
There are many multistory masonry structures residences with internal concrete casting wall to be repaired in China.This paper analyses the structure and wall cracks by the means of a factual structure in Beijing uptown.A method of examination of bearing capacity is discussed and the examination results reveal that cracks on the walls are not due to loads.Temperature difference between building roof and the walls causes temperature stress so as to produce cracks on the wall.A method of dealing with this kind of crack is suggested.
