摘要
从建筑整体分析计算等方面,介绍了宁波鄞州金贸中心大楼的结构设计。针对结构的平面不规则,介绍了在概念设计阶段对平面结构布置的处理。对不同的桩基础方案进行了对比,给出了合理的基础设计方案。针对该建筑地下室无梁楼盖不规则,且存在开洞的问题,对该部分进行了有限元分析,对高应力区域进行了加强。该建筑转换梁采用格构式钢骨混凝土结构,对该大梁进行了内力计算与分析,阐述了其设计要点及应该注意的问题。
From the analysis and calculation of the whole building,the structural design of the Ningbo Jinmao Center is introduced.The building is irregular in plan,the treatment of this problem in the stage of conceptual design is illustrated.Different drafts of the pile foundation are compared and the suitable design is given.Since the girderless floor is irregular and has several structural openings,the finite element analysis is made and the area of high stress is strengthened.The transfer-beam of this building is lattice SRC structure.The inner force of this structure is calculated,the problems needing attention in the course of design are suggested.
