摘要
针对河北某发电有限责任公司在高速混床投运时出现炉水pH值降低的现象,通过试验和分析,认为引起这一现象的原因是混床树脂混合不均导致的树脂交叉污染及在碱性水工况下运行时氯离子的释放,并提出非100%投运高速混床和更新树脂等处理措施。
Because the pH of furnace water in some power plants of Hebei Southern network was depressed during high-speed mixed bed operation,this paper figures that the reasons are resin mixes uneven leading to resin cross-contamination,and chlorides releasing in the alkaline condition.At last,the countermeasures are advanced,such as,high-speed mixed bed does not operate completely and resin is updated.
