摘要Livin是近年来发现的一个凋亡蛋白抑制因子(inhibitor of apoptosis protein,IAP),选择性表达于多种常见的恶性肿瘤,在正常组织极少表达。本文就近年来对Livin的分子结构和组织分布、抗细胞凋亡机制、在多种肿瘤中的表达及其与抗肿瘤的关系等研究进展作一综述,以期进一步阐明Livin与肿瘤的相关性,从而为肿瘤的诊断和治疗开辟新的途径。
