Crux and Countermeasures of Mental and Political Work of Northeast Sichuan Contract Workers Sent by Enterprises

随着企业劳动用工制度改革的不断深化,员工队伍结构发生了深刻变化,劳务派遣用工在企业员工队伍中所占的比例越来越大。从分析川东北西南钻井公司劳务派遣用工的基本现状入手,剖析了当前劳务派遣用工在管理上存在的难点,并就对劳务派遣用工的教育和管理提出了相应对策。

With the increasing deepening of labor system reform,great changes have taken place in staff structure and the ratio of contract workers sent by enterprises to the staff is becoming larger and larger.This paper,analyzing the present situation of contract workers sent by Southwest Drilling Company in Northeast Sichuan and the management crux of the workers at present,presents appropriate measures in educating and managing contract workers.
