摘要
学习型组织是指通过培养组织的学习气氛,充分发挥员工的创造性而建立起来的一种有机的、高柔性、扁平的、符合人性的能持续发展的组织。石油企业在国际化进程中,面临着严峻的挑战,创建学习型组织是提高竞争力的有效途径。在实践中要改善组织成员的思维和行为模式,形成高效的组织学习能力。
A Learning organization,which is built by means of cultivating learning atmosphere in the organization and bringing staff's creation into full play,is organic,highly flexible,flat and helpful to human sustainable growth.Petroleum enterprises face severe challenge in the course of internationalization.Establishing learning enterprises requires improving the thinking and behaving modes of organization members and forming high-efficiency learning ability of organization.
