Present Situation and Countermeasures of Green Supply Chain Management in Oilfield Enterprises

绿色供应链以绿色制造理论和供应链管理技术为基础,对产品从物料获取、加工、包装、运输,使用到报废处理的整个过程进行管理和控制,以期达到对环境影响最小、资源效率最高的目的。油田企业建立和实施绿色供应链应充分利用现代网络技术,加强运作管理,配合管理部门加强环境执法并积极培养用户群体的绿色消费意识。

Green supply chain on the basis of green manufacture theory and supply chain management techniques manages and controls the whole course from material acquirement,process,package,transportation,utilization to condemnation treatment in order to realize the goal of the least influence on environment and the highest resource efficiency.To build and implement green supply chain in oilfield enterprises,the author advocates bringing modern network technology into full play,strengthening operation management,cooperating with management section to enhance environment law enforcement and actively cultivating consumers' green consumption consciousness.
