采用煤低位发热量计算烟气量方法的探讨

Discussion on Flue Gas Amount Calculation with Coal Low Heating Value

收集了国内90种典型煤种的工业分析和元素分析资料,采用元素分析数据资料计算了各种煤质的理论烟气量,经过统计、归纳及分析,推导出采用煤低位发热量计算燃煤烟气量的简捷公式,该计算公式比以往的经验计算公式适用性强,计算无约束条件,不用计算理论空气量,准确度较好,相对误差较小,可供计算烟气污染物排放浓度和工业污染源管理及治理等工程设计借鉴。

Industrial analyses and elements analyses data of 90 kinds of domestic coal types are collected.Theoretical flue-gas amount of each coal type is calculated according to the element analyses data.A simplified formula for fuel gas calculating according to low heating value is conducted by statistic,concluding and analyzing.This formula shows better applicability compared with former empirical formula.This formula does not have restrict condition for calculating,does not calculate theoretical air amount and shows better accuracy and lower relative error.It is suitable for flue gas emission concentration calculation,industrial pollution source management and treatment.
