摘要 试验研究了不同处理水平下Cd、Pb复合污染对龙须草生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:龙须草CAT、SOD活性随Cd、Pb复合污染处理浓度的增加呈现先升后降的趋势;在Cd处理浓度大于10mgCd/kg土、Pb处理浓度大于500mgPb/kg土的复合污染情况下,龙须草POD的活性随着复合污染浓度的增加呈现下降的趋势。 The effects of Cd,Pb compound pollution on physiological and biochemieal characteristics of Eulaliopsis binata were studied.The results show that with the increase of the concentrations of Cd,Pb compound pollution,the activities of CAT and SOD of Eulaliopsis binata increase first and decrease afterwards.Under the conditions of the concentrations of when Cd,Pb are more than 10mg/kg and 500mg/kg respectively,with the increase of the concentrations of Cd,Pb compound pollution,the activi- ties of POD of Eulaliopsis binata decrease.
