On Ways of the Reform and Development of Adult Education in Rural Areas——Under the Background of New Rural,the Second Survey and Thought of Adult Education in Rural Areas

农村成人教育是国民教育的一个重要组成部分,是提高农民整体素质的一条主渠道。改革和发展农村成人教育的途径主要有:一、消除认识误区,形成发展农村成教的正确思路;二、进一步理顺管理体制;三、加固并拓宽筹资渠道,满足发展农村成教的经费需求;四、又好又快的搞好农村成教的师资队伍建设;五、扩充教学内容,满足农村居民全面发展需要。

Rural adult education is an important component of national education and the main channel to raise the overall farmers quality.There are some ways of the reform and development of adult education in rural areas:first,eliminate misunder- standing to form the correct ideas about the development of adult education in rural areas;second,further improve the management structure;third,reinforce and expand fund-raising channels to meet requirements of the development of rural adult education; Forth,strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers;fifth,enlarge the contents of teaching to meet the needs of the com- prehensive development of rural residents.
