Research status of mold and technology of metal powder injection molding

对新型粉末冶金近净成形技术——金属粉末注射成形技术及其模具现状进行了综述,重点介绍了其工艺中原料粉末、粘结剂、脱脂和烧结过程,简要介绍了工艺过程的计算机模拟现状以及金属粉末注射成形模具与传统的塑料注射成型模具的不同之处。

The research status of a novel powder metallurgy net forming technology and the mold were reviewed,which was the Metal Powder Injection Molding(MIM) technology.The raw powder,the binder,the degreasing and sintering progress were introduced emphatically.And the computer simulation status of the process of this technology was introduced briefly.The differences between metal powder injection mold and traditional plastic injection mold were also analyzed.
