摘要
针对电机定子铁心硅钢片的工艺特点,在分析级进模具与落料模具优缺点的基础上,设计了一套有弹性卸料装置的精密落料模;并介绍了该模具的结构特点、设计思路以及制造中应注意的问题。
According to the technical characteristics of motor stator core made of silicon-steel plate,a set of precise blanking die with a flexible stripper was designed through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of both progressive die and blanking die.The characteristics of the die structure,the design ideas and matters need attention in the manufacturing process were all introduced.
