检测元件在数控机床中的故障诊断与维修

摘要 位置检测元件是数控机床的重要组成部分,检测元件采用直接或间接的方法将数控机床的执行机构或工作台等设备的速度和位移检测出来,并发出反馈信号,与数控系统发出的信号指令相比较,构成闭环(半闭环)系统,补偿执行机构的位置误差,从而提高数控机床加工精度。阐述了数控机床检测元件的日常维护及注意事项,通过长期实践总结积累了位置检测元件常见的故障及维修实例。 Position detecting element is an important component in NC machine.It could directly or indirectly detect the speed and displacement of different parts of the NC machine,such as the working mechanism and the work table.By comparison the feedback signals of the detecting element and the signals of the NC system,a closed loop(or semi-closed loop) system was composed in order to compensate the position error of the working mechanism and improve the machining accuracy.The points for attention in the daily maintenance of the detecting element were introduced.Some common faults and maintenance examples of the element accumulated in long-term practical experience were also summarized.
