Trial of fully mechanized coal mining technology for deep inclined seam mining in Huayingshan Mining Area

广能集团公司最近研制出最大适应倾角为60°的液压支架和端头支架,选用采煤机和工作面输送机等配套设备,在绿水洞煤矿平均倾角45.1°,最大倾角51°的5654急倾斜煤层工作面进行了走向长壁综采试验。试采前3个月平均月产煤46523t,最高月产煤54927t,安全状况良好。

Guangneng Group Corporation recently developed the hydraulic powered supports and the face end hydraulic powered supports with a max suitable angle of 60°. With the purchased coal shearer and face conveyor equipment, a fully mechanized strike longwall coal mining trial was conducted in No. 5654 coal mining face in a deep inclined seam with an average inclined angle of 45.1°and a max in- clined angle of 51°in Lushuidong Mine. The month coal production of the first three months during the trial period was 46 523 t and the max month production was 54 927t. The mine safety condition was good.
