摘要
为了能够减少掘进工序中的辅助作业时间,提高单循环进尺,加快掘进速度,根据杨柳煤矿北翼轨道运输大巷现场巷道条件和施工条件,在火成岩侵蚀段进行中深孔光面爆破技术应用研究。优选钻眼机具和爆破材料,对掏槽爆破和光面爆破等技术方案和爆破参数等认真分析并在试验中不断优化完善,再加上严格的科学组织管理,中深孔爆破技术研究取得了良好的效果。
In order to reduce the auxiliary operation time in the mine roadway heading process, to improve the single circulated advancing rate and speed up the excavation speed, according to the site condition and construction condition of the North Wing railway transportation roadway in Yangliu Mine, an applied research on the medium deep borehole smooth blasting technology was conducted for the erosion rock section of the igneous rock. The drilling equipment and tools and blasting material were optimally selected. The serious analysis was con- ducted on the cut blasting technical plan and smooth blasting technical plan as well as the blasting parameters. Those equipment, materi- als, technical plans and parameters were continuously improved during the tests. And with the serious scientific organization and manage- ment, the research on the medium deep borehole blasting technology had achieved good results.
