摘要
论述了Falcon离心重力分选机工作原理,通过对滇东细粒高硫煤筛分组成,分析了滇东细粒煤强化重力分选脱硫的可行性,研究了离心分选强度对滇东细粒级煤脱硫效果的影响,比较了细粒煤强化重力分选与浮选的脱硫率、灰分脱除率和可燃体产率。结果表明,强化重力分选脱硫效果明显优于泡沫浮选脱硫效果。
The paper stated the operation principle of the Falcon centrifugal gravity separator.With the composition of the Diandong high sulfur fine coal screened, the paper analyzed the desulphurization feasibility of the Diandong high sulfur fine coal by the enhanced gravity separation. A research on the centrifugal separation strength affected to the desulphurization results of the Diandong fine coal was conduc- ted. A comparison on the desulphurization rate, ash remove rate and eombusted material production rate between the enhanced gravity separation and floatation separation of the fine coal was made. The results showed that the desulphurization results of the enhanced gravity separation was obviously better than the desulphurization results of the froth floatation.
