摘要
本文在实验的基础上,从金属粉末烧结机制即液相烧结方面分析了激光直接快速成形金属零件过程中球化效应产生的机理,阐述了激光功率,扫描速度,送粉量这三个工艺参数对激光烧结成形过程中出现的球化效应现象的影响规律,并据此提出了减小或抑制的一些措施.
The paper analyses the mechanism of spheroidization effect produced in the process of laser direct rapid forming metallic components from metal powder sintering mechanism namely the liquid phase sintering mechanism on the basis of experiments.The three technological parameters of laser power,scan speed,send powder quantity have an impact on the phenomenon of spheroidization effect which will happen during the course of the laser direct sintering,and according to this we bring forward some measures to decrease or restrain the phenomenon of spheroidization effect.
