摘要
结合微波消解技术进行样品前处理,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定啤酒中Na、K、Ca和Mg四种元素,同时选择了较佳的微波消解条件.Na、K、Ca和Mg的方法检测限分别为:0.0018、0.0024、0.0030和0.0029μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.87%,加标回收率均在97.5%~102.5%之间.结果表明,该法具有快速、简便、节省试剂、消解完全、空白值低、污染少等特点,测定结果的精密度和准确度令人满意.
An AAS method for determination of trace amount of Na,K,Ca and Mg in food was established. Microwave-assisted digestion technique was used for pretreatment.The detection limits of Na, K,Ca and Mg were 0.0018、0.0024、0.0030 and 0.0029μg/mL,respectively.The tested RSD of the sample was less than 1.87%,and the sample assaying recovery rate was between 97.5%and 102.5%. It was shown that microwave digestion was a simple,rapid,reagent and resource saving,digestion complete, and low blank value method.The measurement result was satisfied.It was a useful method for analysis of t race metal content in beer.
