摘要
介绍了一种越野汽车风扇传动机构的设计方法,包括方案选择、基本参数选取、强度校核、部件轻量化等。该越野车的风扇传动机构是为解决发动机冷却性自主开发的,解决了国外类似车型没有解决的冷却能力不足问题。
The design method of fan transmission-mechanism for an off-road vehicle is introduced in this paper,from project selection,basic parameter selection,strength checking and lighten parts. The fan transmission-mechanism is independent developed to solve the problem of engine cooling,a similar foreign vehicle has not-solved the problem of pool cooling capability.
