宰后检疫是将一些临床症状不明显或处于潜伏期状态的患病动物,在屠宰解体的情况下,直接观察肉尸、内脏所呈现的病理变化和异常现象,进行综合分析判断的检疫方式。在某些情况下,单凭宰后感官检查是不够的,还必须辅以实验室检查才能确诊。
